Freeport man arrested after allegedly inappropriately touching Rockville Centre coffee shop employee | Herald Community Newspapers

A Freeport man was arrested on Sunday at 8:53 a.m. in Rockville Centre for allegedly inappropriately touching a coffee shop employee.

According to a release by the the Nassau County Police Department, Robert Tomo, 35, entered a coffee shop in the village at noon on July 30. Shortly thereafter, he allegedly approached a 21-year-old female from behind and touched her inappropriately.

Police said Tomo, who is a regular patron at the establishment, was told by the employee that his behavior was not OK and he left the business. The next day, he returned to the coffee shop and the employee
